Job summary

Will Decena and Associates Inc. is seeking an Autodiesel Mechanic to maintain and repair a fleet of diesel vehicles. Based in Metro Manila, this full-time role involves working with a skilled team to keep client vehicles running reliably and safely.

You will inspect engines, perform scheduled maintenance, diagnose complex issues, and record all work. The ideal candidate has formal diesel mechanic training and at least 3 years of experience, with a valid driver's license and strong safety

Qualifications

• Formal training or apprenticeship in automotive diesel mechanics.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems (fuel, cooling, electrical).
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and related components.
• Perform scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, brake service).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, sensors, and control modules.
• Document all work and maintain vehicle maintenance history records.
• Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements.
• Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
