Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Sales experience, preferably in automotive or dealership industry.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, attend events, and perform outdoor sales activities.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new vehicles offered by the dealership.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer database and sales pipeline.
• Identify prospective customers through showroom traffic, referrals, social media, events, and other lead-generation activities.
• Conduct product presentations and explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available promotions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Sales Administration, and other departments to facilitate smooth vehicle releases.
