Job summary

Wuling Automobile Philippines Corp. is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant to support vehicle documentation and transactions. You will handle quotations, orders, and customer records, ensuring accuracy for vehicle release and registration.

You will also prepare regular sales reports, maintain data quality, and coordinate with multiple teams to fulfill customer requirements and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate with automotive industry experience.
• Experience in automotive dealership sales administration is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle sales documentation, financing, insurance, and registration processes is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented and good with records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales documents, vehicle quotations, sales orders, and customer records.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents for vehicle release and registration.
• Encode and maintain accurate customer and vehicle sales information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales orders, vehicle reservations, releases, and documentation status.
• Coordinate with Sales Consultants, Accounting/Finance, Insurance, Service, Parts, and Registration teams.
