Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking an Operations Director to lead complex, multi-account automotive dealership operations, driving service delivery excellence and client value across rooftops. You will guide sales and service workflows, BDC performance, and governance while shaping scalable, AI-enabled strategies.

The role requires deep automotive retail experience, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing operations, analytics, and client partnerships in US/global markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing complex, multi-account operations across accounts or business units.
• Deep experience in automotive retail and dealership operations (sales/service workflows, customer lifecycle).
• Strong operational expertise in US/global automotive retail environments and translating requirements into service delivery processes.
• Experience managing Sales and Service BDC operations including lead management, CRM cadence, appointments, and retention.
• Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency across portfolios.
• Strong leadership coaching and development of managers across multiple accounts.
• Ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and performance across multi-site dealerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-account dealership portfolios, ensuring consistent performance and targets across accounts.
• Apply knowledge of automotive operations to scale service delivery strategies.
• Oversee Sales and Service BDC operations with inbound lead management and appointment conversion.
• Establish SOPs, governance, and accountability across accounts.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and cost efficiency; identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and manage client relationships; communicate insights and plans.
• Champion technology-driven transformation, automation, and AI in dealership ops.
• Coach and develop operations managers across the portfolio.
• Identify gaps and implement data-driven improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support account growth and new client implementations.
