Pinnacle Intelligence in the Philippines seeks a Vice President, Operations to provide executive leadership for large-scale BPO and outsourced operations, spanning 1,000+ FTEs and automotive retail expertise.

This role owns P&L, drives strategic growth, client partnerships, and technology-enabled transformation, including automation and AI tools, to improve delivery, productivity, and profitability across multiple accounts. Location is on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Qualifikationen

• Executive-level leadership experience in BPO or outsourced operations, overseeing 1,000+ FTEs.
• Deep Automotive Retail and dealership operations knowledge and processes.
• Proven multi-account operation management with measurable outcomes.
• Ownership of operational P&L, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Strong executive client management, QBRs, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience leading tech-led transformation, automation, analytics, or AI initiatives.
• Excellent strategic planning, commercial judgment, and leadership communication.

• Lead and scale large, multi-account BPO and outsourced operations in the automotive space.
• Drive dealership sales/service support, customer lifecycle, and BDC operations.
• Own revenue delivery, budgets, margins, and profitability across accounts.
• Build executive client partnerships and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Champion technology-driven transformation, automation, and AI adoption across teams.
• Establish governance, risk management, and performance frameworks.
• Develop leaders, foster talent, and drive continuous improvement.
