Job summary

Motoverse Ph Inc. in Manila seeks a motivated Automotive Accessories Sales Representative to promote and sell accessories to new and existing customers. You will identify needs, recommend items, prepare quotations, and close sales in a dynamic dealership environment.

Work closely with Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Service teams to maximize accessory opportunities and ensure excellent customer service. A strong communicator with sales drive is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; college degree is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, automotive accessories, retail, dealership, or customer service preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is an advantage.
• Willing to learn automotive products, accessories, and vehicle specifications.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Automotive Accessories Sales Representative to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling automotive accessories to vehicle buyers and existing customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable accessories, preparing quotations, closing sales, coordinating installation, and providing excellent customer service. The position will work closely with the Vehicle Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and Service teams to maximize accessory sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell automotive accessories to new and existing customers
• Approach customers and identify their accessory needs and preferences
• Recommend suitable accessories based on the customer’s vehicle, requirements, and budget
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranty, and installation requirements
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders
• Handle customer inquiries through walk-in, phone, chat, and other communication channels
• Follow up on quotations and pending customer purchases
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets for automotive accessories
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling accessories

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales, automotive accessories, retail, dealership, or customer service is preferred
• Experience in an automotive dealership is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and comfortable approaching and communicating with customers
