Emapta Philippines is recruiting a Tax Assistant Manager for a pioneering team supporting leading Australian Big Four firms. The role blends hybrid work from Pampanga with Australia travel, offering a salary up to PHP 130,000 and a sign-on bonus.

You will review complex work, guide professionals, and build strong client relationships across multiple engagements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Australian public practice, 2+ years leadership, and CA or CA-equivalent status.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Australian Public Practice Accounting experience.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with SME and mid-market clients with AUD5M-100M+ turnover.
• CA or CA-equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Australian tax and accounting advice across a diverse client portfolio.
• Lead and contribute across the full client engagement lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients and participate in meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and drive delivery quality.
• Support international growth opportunities and travel when required.
