Open Access BPO in Makati is seeking a Payroll Associate to support end-to-end Australian payroll across multiple entities. You will ensure accurate data entry, timely processing, and compliance with Australian payroll regulations.

The role involves processing fortnightly payroll, validating timesheets and leave, and handling payroll calculations while maintaining strict confidentiality and data accuracy. Training will be provided for onsite to WFH transition.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end AU/US/NZ payroll experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume payroll environment.
• Willing to work Australian shift hours.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review and accurately enter payroll data including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, allowances, and deductions.
• Support end-to-end processing of fortnightly Australian payroll.
• Validate timesheets and leave entries prior to payroll runs.
• Perform payroll calculations including overtime, penalties, and leave accruals.
