Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate daily in the Xero cloud accounting system.
• Issue client expense invoices to ReceiptBank/Hubdoc for processing.
• Post invoices from ReceiptBank/Hubdoc into Xero.
• Prepare expense pay runs and ABA files.
• Record unreconciled bank transactions to the general ledger.
• Raise client sales invoices as instructed.
• Handle payroll preparation and employee records maintenance.
• Prepare and process employer superannuation obligations; manual journals in Xero.
• Process payroll data to the ATO under Single Touch Payroll.
• Manage client debt with automatic reminders and statements.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare month-end journals.
• Generate financial reports from Xero.
• Perform processing with third-party integrated apps.
• Other data entry tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking daily tasks in the Xero cloud accounting system
• Sending client expense invoices to ReceiptBank/Hubdoc for electronic processing
• Processing of invoices from ReceiptBank/Hubdoc into Xero
• Preparation of expense pay runs, including the provision of bank ABA file
• Processing of unreconciled bank transactions to the general ledger
• Raising client sales invoices as instructed
• Preparation and processing of wages, including maintenance of employee records
• Preparation and processing of employer superannuation obligationsPreparation of manual journals in Xero
• Processing of payroll data electronically to the ATO under Single Touch Payroll requirements
• Client debtor management, through the provision of automatic reminders and statements
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including the provision of month-end journals

• Salary Range: PHP 25,000 to PHP 35,000
