Job summary

TOA Global invites an Intermediate Accountant to join our hybrid, full-time team in the Philippines. You will support annual compliance jobs, review client bookkeeping in Xero/MYOB, and assist with reconciliations and audit testing.

A university degree in accounting or finance, plus Xero certifications, are required; 2–3 years’ experience with Australian clients is preferred. You will utilize Xero, XPM, and MS Office to manage workpapers, tax workpapers, and payroll reconciliations while

Qualifications

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Xero Certified Advisor
• Xero Certified Payroll Advisor
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting with Australian clients or Australian public practice
• Proficiency in Xero Practice Manager and Microsoft Office; strong English communication

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and roll forward of annual compliance jobs.
• Review client bookkeeping in Xero and MYOB; perform reconciliations and troubleshoot accounting issues.
• Prepare income tax return workpapers and activity statements; support payroll tax processes.
• Assist with audit control testing and annual company audits.
• Support cloud accounting initiatives and progress toward senior accounting roles.
