Emapta is hiring a Care Services Coordinator to organize healthcare referrals, coordinate providers, and manage client administration across an Australian care environment. You will work with stakeholders to ensure timely, well-managed support and use your healthcare experience to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of healthcare administration or care coordination experience.
• Experience with Australian or US healthcare markets is preferred.
• Strong organizational and service coordination skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English with professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical and non-clinical referrals from intake to completion.
• Coordinate providers, suppliers, and client approvals within budgets.
• Use AI and client data to support searches and referrals; maintain records.
• Confirm arrangements with clients and escalate concerns as needed.
• Obtain quotations, process purchases, and reconcile invoices.
• Onboard providers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance.
• Complete client setup, reassessments, and monthly check-ins.
• Protect privacy and follow governance frameworks.
