Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare administration, care/service coordination, or customer service is preferred.
• Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical, non-clinical, referral, and purchasing requests from initial assessment through completion.
• Source and coordinate preferred or client-selected providers based on service area, quality, pricing, and compliance.
• Use approved AI and client information to support provider searches and referral preparation, while maintaining documentation.
• Confirm provider acceptance, service commencement, and key arrangements with clients or authorized representatives, escalating concerns as needed.
• Obtain competitive quotations and coordinate approved purchases within care plan and budget requirements.
• Maintain purchasing documentation, invoices, and client records using approved systems.
• Coordinate clinical and non-clinical referrals, including allied health, meals, and maintenance services.
• Monitor provider compliance and performance and escalate when needed.
