Job summary

Network One BPO Services Inc. is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to support a portfolio of Australian clients from our Manila team.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, perform bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and ensure timely compliance across BAS and IAS requirements. Strong Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks experience is preferred, along with attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field.
• Xero Certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably Australian clients or professional services.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero; MYOB and QuickBooks are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Process payroll, including payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, and termination payments.
• Prepare bank, payroll, debtor, creditor, and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, working papers, and trial balances.
• Complete Australian compliance obligations, including BAS and IAS.
• Maintain and update client records using Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping queries and account maintenance.
• Prepare cash flow budgets and support client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and timely client outcomes.
