Job summary

Bestank Manufacturing Corporation in Iloilo City is seeking an Audit & Quality Assurance professional to support the Quality Systems and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

The role involves conducting audits, preparing clear audit reports, promoting QMS, and driving corrective actions in line with SOPs and the company's Quality Objectives.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics, have audit/QMS experience, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing clear audit reports.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear and concise audit reports.
• Promotes the use of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure high-quality service and products.
• Follow the Company’s Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties.
• Assist in inspection and corrective action processes and implementation of Quality processes to support QMS.
• Conduct audits and investigate delivery lapses.
• Identify weaknesses and propose controls to mitigate liability.
• Monitor corrective actions to ensure permanent fixes and prevent recurrence.
• Audit processes and services for SOP compliance.
• Maintain documentation and reporting within Operations.
• Track status of audits and progress toward annual goals.
• Report findings to Audit Manager monthly.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience preparing clear and concise audit reports

• Promotes the use of a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the deliverance of the highest quality service and products to the customers

• Follow the Company’s developed Quality Systems Program in carrying out duties and responsibilities

• Assist in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implementation of the Quality process required to support QMS and the company's Quality Objectives.

• Conduct Audit and investigation of all delivery lapses.

• Identify areas for process weakness and propose appropriate control to mitigate liability.

• Monitor corrective actions implemented by Operations for critical/Major and minor nonconformities ensuring that this manner, and are permanent in nature to avoid recurrence of deficiencies.

• Performs audits of processes and services to ensure compliance with requirements of SOPs

• Maintain documentation and monitoring and reporting efforts within the Operations

• Tracks and reports on status of current audits and progress towards annual goals

• Reports all findings to Audit Manager Monthly

Qualifications:

• Male or Female

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, BS Math, BS Statistics

• Previous experience in Audit and or QMS
