Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Makati City is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle audit, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and corporate filings for client companies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, CPA licensure, and at least five years of relevant experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, and knowledge of Philippine taxation are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and CPA licensure required.
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in accounting.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and regulatory filings.
• Ability to work under pressure; Makati-based; ASAP start.
• Female applicants aged 30–40 years only.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain and review financial reports and statements for assigned client.
• Prepare final financial statements for submission to BIR and SEC.
• Prepare BIR requirements including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other forms.
• Prepare reports and payments to government agencies such as SSS, PHIC and Pag-IBIG.
• Supervise and assist accounting staff.
• Corporate tax compliance and management.
• Respond to tax and accounting queries from client companies.
• Recommend strategic and feasible accounting methods to clients.
