Job summary

D&V Philippines is seeking a CPA with at least five years of audit experience to join our team. The role involves handling audit engagements across general commercial, construction, and non-profit clients, with preference for Big 4 backgrounds.

The position offers hybrid work setup, with initial onsite training and gradual transition to a flexible onsite/remote mix. You will lead audit functions, review controls, and present findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Must be CPA.
• Experience working in a big auditing firm is an advantage (Big 4).
• Industry experience in audit of general commercial, construction and Non for Profit related client is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of Audit experience (5 Busy Seasons).
• Willing to extend beyond immediate demands of the assignment and to accept new responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, research, analytical and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and have a strong knowledge of all audit functions.
• Deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
• Research accounting and audit issues as they arise.
• Audit financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate internal controls, report systematic errors or fraud indicators.
• Coordinate the day-to-day duties of planning, fieldwork procedures, and wrap up.
• Explain audit findings and recommend solutions.
• Take complete ownership of specific aspects of the engagement and see them through to completion.

Work Setup & Schedule:

• 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid (Onsite for 3 months during the busy season in 2027)
