Job summary

Audit Supervisor – Logistics role based in Cebu City, onsite with a fixed graveyard shift (9:00 PM onwards) and 24/5 coverage. You will lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas to oversee audit operations and ensure SLA compliance.

You will identify and resolve audit exceptions, drive process improvements, and maintain SOPs while coaching the team for peak performance. Strong leadership, analytics, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in logistics or financial analysis, preferably with ERP/MRP exposure.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work a fixed graveyard shift and support 24/5 operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors in managing client accounts and executing comprehensive audit processes.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve audit exceptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prioritize team tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions using KPI reports and scorecards to maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and achieve customer performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for carrier and customer concerns, providing timely resolutions.
• Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Identify non-standard processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Develop and update process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions in SharePoint or other repositories.
• Prepare for and participate in audit reviews and team meetings to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews, coaching, and mentorship.
• Motivate team members and foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work a fixed graveyard shift and support 24/5 operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• HMO coverage of up to ₱180,000, with eligible dependents.
• Life and Accident Insurance upon regularization.
• ₱150 daily meal and transportation allowance.
