Job summary

Trax Inc. is seeking a Logistics Data Analyst to execute audit processes, resolve exceptions, and ensure high-quality service for global client accounts. The role collaborates with carriers and customers, prioritizes tasks, and drives on-time deliverables.

A Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 2+ years in customer relationships are preferred, with strong Excel and data analysis skills. The analyst will lead reconciliation meetings, implement SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering or Commerce.
• 2+ years in building customer relationships.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Data analysis skills to derive insights.
• Independent problem solver with data cleanup abilities.
• Willing to work Swing Shift (PH time).

The Logistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targetsand service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process toidentifyand resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensuretimelycompletion of deliverables.
• Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreementsand utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintainconsistentperformance.
• Implement andmaintainstandard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.
• Identifynon-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
• Leads orparticipateinreconciliation meetings,auditreviewsandotherteam meetings to evaluateauditperformance and plan improvements.

Qualifications:

• Should be able to read, speak, write and converse in Mandarin and English languages.
• You are a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year course in Finance, Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce or any related courses.
• You have 2+ years experience building customer relationships
• You have intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a big plus
• You like multitasking and have demonstrated effective management of simultaneous, diverse projects.
• You are comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information and can turn facts and figures into a meaningful story for the customer.
• You want to gain real world experience in the logistics and supply chain industry to develop your business analytics skills.
• You are an independent problem solver and like to get to the root of the issue by cleaning up bad data.
• You are willing to be assigned in the Swing Shift (12:00nn - 9:00 pm, PH time)
