Job summary

CLEVR OPC in the Philippines is seeking an Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, plan, execute, and complete financial audits for a portfolio of local and international clients. You will work with Senior Manager/Audit Partner to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires a CPA with at least 6 years of external audit experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity. A hybrid work arrangement and Makati City location are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• 6+ years external audit experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
• Strong background in audit methodologies and techniques.
• Exposure to different industries is preferred.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and client management skills.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients; deliver high-quality audit and assurance services including preparation and review of audit plans and work.
• Supervise engagement planning including risk assessment, audit procedures, staffing plans, and coordination with specialists and other offices.
• Review and release deliverables including financial statements, income tax returns, and audit reports; ensure timely completion and sign-off.
• Maintain strong client relationships; keep clients informed of developments in accounting standards and areas affecting their businesses.
• Manage engagement financials including budgets, WIP, billing, collections, and variance recognition.
• Provide timely performance feedback to in-charges and staff; accomplish and review Performance Review Reports after every engagement.
• Assist partners in pursuing new clients, preparing proposals, and collecting receivables.
