• Equip onshore outreach managers with collateral for hospital discharge teams, clinicians, and NDIS coordinators.
• Write Australian-English content across websites, social media, email newsletters, and print.
• Drive LinkedIn and Instagram strategy, content creation, publishing, and engagement.
• Own HubSpot CRM architecture, data hygiene, workflows, campaigns, and dashboards.
• Analyze lead and referral pipelines, track sources, stages, and ROI.
• Ensure all content adheres to Australian marketing compliance rules.
