Job summary

Genfinity in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting. The role emphasizes compliance with statutory requirements, EBAs, and company policies, working closely with Payroll, Finance, and HR to deliver high-quality payroll services.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–4 years of payroll experience, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processes and data accuracy is required.
• Knowledge of AU/NZ payroll legislation and EBAs is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including data maintenance.
• Validate timesheets and employee records for compliance with awards and EBAs.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll records.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR and stakeholders to ensure service quality.
• Support continuous improvement and payroll audits.
