Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking an AU Intermediate Accountant to own the end-to-end accounting cycle across multi-entity groups, combining Australian and Philippine operations.

The role requires proactive, analytical individuals who can work independently with strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with a Sydney-based controller, manage AP/AR, intercompany reconciliations, month-end close, and statutory compliance, while ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of post-qualification accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong Xero expertise and multi-org setups.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with GST/BAS is beneficial.
• Experience with Airwallex or similar spend management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP, AR, and payroll processes in Xero.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and monthly close.
• Reconcile intercompany and SPV/trust accounts.
• Prepare management reports and support audits.
• Handle lease accounting under AASB 16 and project WIP reclassifications.
