Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Australian insurance products, policy structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with the claims process, liaising with insurers to resolve issues efficiently.
