- Install, configure, and test new ATM machines at client sites
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure ATM uptime and performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
- Replace faulty components, such as card readers, dispensers, and printers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all maintenance work performed
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for service updates and support
- Monitor ATM networks and escalate issues as needed
- Provide customer support and resolve complaints related to ATM services
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures
Vocational or associate degree in electronics, information technology, or related field
Previous experience as an ATM technician or in a field service engineer role is a plus
Strong technical and mechanical skills
Familiarity with ATM models (e.g., NCR, Diebold, Wincor) is an advantage
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours or on-call shifts
