Job summary

Kahariam Realty and Farms, Inc. is seeking an ATM Field Technician to install, commission and service ATM machines at customer locations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose hardware and software issues, replace faulty parts, and run cash-dispense and transaction tests to ensure reliable operation. • Install and commission new ATM machines at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and regular inspections of ATMs.
• Diagnose and repair ATM hardware problems, including: cash dispenser, card reader, receipt printer, touchscreen/display, keypad, sensors, power supply and cables, and communication/network equipment.
• Troubleshoot software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Replace defective ATM parts and components.
• Perform ATM cash-dispensing and transaction tests after repairs.
• Respond to service calls and resolve ATM incidents within the required SLA.
• Coordinate with banks, ATM operations teams, vendors, and technical support.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, replaced parts, and machine status.
• Conduct site surveys for ATM installation and check power, network, space, and security requirements.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary.
• Follow security procedures when accessing ATMs and handling sensitive equipment.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.
