Job summary

Datacom is seeking an experienced Atlassian Consultant to join a Platinum Solution Partner. You'll lead design and configuration of Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and collaborate with business users and technical teams to tailor solutions.

The role covers implementation, automation, dashboards, security configurations, and post-implementation support across diverse clients, with a focus on ITSM/ITIL in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Atlassian Certification (ACP) or working towards certification.
• Hands-on experience in Jira Service Management including solution design, implementation, configuration and workflow customization.
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud Migration (Server or Data Center).
• Experience with Rovo and Atlassian Analytics is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating Atlassian products with other Atlassian tools, marketplace apps and third-party tools.
• Experience in security configuration and auditing.
• Experience in building and configuring reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to lead client workshops and engage at all levels.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Experience in Security Configuration and Auditing.
