Job summary

Asian Institute of Management (AIM) seeks an Assurance of Learning Associate to support the Learning Development Team in refining and maintaining high-quality curriculum for our degree students, coordinating AOL activities, and ensuring alignment with program outcomes.

You will handle documentation, surveys via Qualtrics, and collaborate with program teams and managers to organize events and ensure AOL standards are met.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in administrative or technically related work.
• Knowledge of Qualtrics and related tools, strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, databases, and research methods.

Responsibilities

• Handles administrative processes and documentation for the Assurance of Learning (AOL) using online survey platforms like Qualtrics.
• Ensures program and faculty compliance with AOL standards in course outlines and teaching materials.
• Collaborates with Learning Development Managers and program teams to communicate how assessment outcomes influence teaching and student learning.
• Organizes and facilitates AOL meetings and related events.
• Liaises with other units for AOL-related concerns and curriculum development activities.
