Job summary

You will bridge US customers with manufacturing partners, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting specifications, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program/manufacturing management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end across scope, budget and timeline.
• Mitigate risks and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Take ownership of scheduling and overseeing manufacturing work orders with partners.
• Answer open technical questions about manufacturing processes.
• Ensure post-sale change requests are evaluated and implemented with risk mitigation.
• Identify areas of improvement and drive tactical and strategic process improvements.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide solutions and efficiency improvements.
