About the Role

Our client, an international development finance institution, is looking for an Associate Solution Engineer to plan, coordinate, and architect Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including integration with existing applications and third-party systems. You will maintain Dynamics CRM and Power Platform systems in operation, troubleshoot issues, and assist in gathering requirements and estimating effort for enhancements.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend fitting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Estimate the costs, benefits, and effort of different solutions, including impacts on performance and security.
• Design, implement, and maintain solutions based on client needs, including integrations with existing and third-party applications.
• Lead delivery through the Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, and CI/CD testing and deployment.
• Create documentation such as the RDD, SDD, SLTO, and TSMP, and maintain platform and technical documentation.
• Analyze existing architectures, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Perform system security assessments to ensure solutions comply with the security framework.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or tertiary diploma in IT, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, and migration.
• Hands-on experience customizing solutions: server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug‑ins.
• Experience with the Dynamics 365 server‑side and client‑side object model, plugins, custom workflow development, .NET, and the xRM framework.
• Experience with the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) and SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx).
• In-depth knowledge of .NET, JavaScript and frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines.
• Demonstrated solution or enterprise architecture ability, requirement analysis, and business process re‑engineering experience.
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies and product management.
• Nice to have: C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK.
