Job Description

1. Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#.NET MVC, Web API, Flutter, and SQL Server, including writing and executing unit tests.
2. Contribute to the establishment and adoption of development standards and best practices.
3. Enhance system reliability by identifying recurring issues, analyzing patterns, and implementing standard operating procedures.
4. Continuously improve application performance by identifying enhancement opportunities, proposing solutions, and designing effective system implementations.
5. Maintain and optimize existing codebases while participating in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical designs into functional solutions.
7. Explore and incorporate relevant emerging technologies to support innovation and efficiency.
8. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
9. Apply foundational knowledge in implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) where applicable.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related field in computer studies.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in software development or a similar role.
3. Full-stack development experience, including designing, coding, and developing unit tests for high-quality software solutions using C#.NET MVC, Web API, Flutter, and SQL Server.
4. Demonstrated passion for problem-solving and delivering practical, efficient solutions.
5. Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to visualize processes and anticipate outcomes.
7. Basic knowledge of DevOps practices is an advantage.
8. Familiarity with or exposure to implementing Large Language Models (LLMs).
