Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Associate Relations Partner is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture within assigned business units.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role partners with leaders and employees to deliver strategic human resources solutions, support workforce planning and ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations while enhancing employee engagement and talent development.

What you\'ll do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational and operational goals
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with managers to support talent management programs including succession planning, career development and leadership readiness
• Lead employee relations investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution activities in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to implement compensation and benefits, learning and development and talent acquisition programs
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting, calibration sessions, performance reviews and feedback discussions
• Analyze workforce metrics including attrition, engagement, headcount and employee relations trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support organizational change management initiatives and culture transformation programs
• Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and maintain accurate labor and human resources reporting requirements
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support onboarding and employee assimilation programs in partnership with Human Resources Operations teams
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition and retention initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Contribute to additional business and human resources initiatives as assigned

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Generalist role required
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership experience required
• Experience supporting shared services, business process outsourcing, technology or multinational organizations required
• Experience managing employee relations, performance management and talent development programs required

Education

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a related field required
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related master\'s degree preferred

Certifications

• Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) preferred
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred
• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
• Department of Labor and Employment labor compliance training preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong business acumen and understanding of the relationship between human resources and business performance
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations and employee relations best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with human resources information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of data reporting and data visualization tools
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrated collaboration, empathy and proactive approach to delivering people solutions
