• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment legislation, and governance.
• Experience working in unionized environments.

• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, coaching and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to operate in complex environments.
• Fully fluent in English and Filipino.

About You

• Significant HR Business Partnering or People Partner experience within multinational organizations.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and leadership teams.
• Experience supporting Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, Regional Hub, Business Services, or matrix organizations.
• Strong employee relations experience, including management of complex workforce matters.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment legislation, and workforce governance.
• Experience working within unionized environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.Experience building organizational capability and leading talent management programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments.
