Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an IT Senior Associate (External) in Makati City for a hybrid, full-time role to support external consulting engagements in cybersecurity, information security, technology governance and IT assurance.

You will independently manage engagements, lead small project teams, conduct interviews, supervise juniors, oversee timelines, present findings to clients, and maintain strong client relationships throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting or IT assurance.
• Experience handling external client engagements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements involving IT governance and cybersecurity assessments.
• Conduct walkthroughs and client interviews.
• Supervise junior consultants during project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to address project risks and challenges.
• Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the engagement.
