Job summary

SM Retail Inc seeks a capable Product Owner/Business Analyst to define product roadmaps and translate business needs into technology solutions. The role coordinates with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure on-time delivery and effective post-launch support.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a solid grasp of Agile/Waterfall or hybrid methodologies to bridge business goals with technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related IT solutions delivery role.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, solution design, and project coordination.
• Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, CRM, loyalty systems, or customer-facing solutions is an advantage.
• A structured thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions.
