We are looking for a Digital Product Owner who will lead the direction, prioritization, and delivery of digital products and technology solutions that address business and customer needs.

You will serve as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, turning business needs into clear product requirements and actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and create meaningful business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery objectives for assigned digital products and solutions.
• Serve as the key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, UX/UI, and other teams to drive solutions from planning through implementation.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead and support UAT, testing, deployment, hypercare, and issue resolution to ensure solutions meet business and user expectations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and digital innovation to enhance business processes, customer experience, and product value.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Project Management, IT Solution Delivery, or a related role.
• Experience managing digital products, applications, technology projects, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, requirements management, solution design, and technology delivery.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with product roadmap, prioritization, backlog management, UAT, implementation, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, CRM, loyalty systems, e-commerce, or customer-facing solutions is preferred.
