Job summary

ICCP is seeking a capable investment banking professional in the Philippines to oversee analysts and guide deal teams. You will contribute to the preparation of pitch books for business development and assist senior bankers in planning, structuring, and executing transactions while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires strong financial analysis and modeling skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work extended hours in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduates of Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering programs; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years work experience in investment banking, advisory, research or corporate finance.
• Proficient in financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to work extended hours.

Successful candidates shall be responsible for the review and oversight of analysts and their work, preparation of pitch books in support of business development initiatives, supporting senior bankers in planning, structuring and executing transactions, as well as maintaining business relationships with clients. Our associates are responsible for transaction process management and day-to-day deal team leadership.

The Ideal Candidates Should:

• Be graduates of Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or Engineering degree programs, preferably with an MBA
• Have at least 3-5 years work experience in an investment bank, transaction advisory unit of an accounting firm,research unit of a stock brokerage firm orcorporate finance /business development unit of a large conglomerate
• Be highly proficient in financial analysis and modeling
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Be willing to work extended hours
