Job summary

• CPA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience for Associate level in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Credit, Private Equity, or Management Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Manage deal origination, client relationship management, business development and deal closing for M&A, debt and equity fundraising.
• Support Deal Advisory by developing and structuring financing solutions addressing business challenges and growth.
• Assist in preparing transaction materials and financial analyses for client presentations.
