Job summary

pontefino.estate is seeking a corporate finance professional to interact with banks, prepare and execute corporate finance transactions, manage cash flow, analyze operations and financials, and write information memoranda.

The role includes preparing reports for shareholders, supporting credit/investment discussions, and contributing to business development through feasibility studies and policy establishment, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Job description

• Responsible with the high degree of interaction with the Bank.
• Responsible with the preparation and execution of corporate finance transactions which would involve:
• cash flow management
• analysis of the Group's operations and financials
• project feasibility studies
• loan applications and;
• writing information memoranda
• Responsible with the preparation and creation of reports for the shareholders.
• Participate in credit/ investment discussions and assist in the preparation of all necessary documents requested by these counter-parties.
• Contribute with the Business development by:
• conceptualization / feasibility studies
• establishing and implementation of policies
• With 2 to 4 year s of working experience in Corporate Finance
• Graduates with the degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can deliver work timely with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing and presenting reports and recommendations
