Job summary

The Medical City Clark is seeking a detail-oriented Associate - Health Information to join our team. This role ensures the completeness and accuracy of inpatient and outpatient charts and promotes compliance with clinical pathways by facilitating daily pathway activation and monitoring pathway utilization.

You will monitor and improve EMR data quality, identify gaps, and support ongoing process improvements while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and identifies gaps, evaluates processes, and implements improvements to ensure the quality and efficiency of the entire patient ward stay.
• Drives the improvement of physical and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) by ensuring accurate patient data, recommending and monitoring regulatory requirements and quality standards, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and helps protect hospital revenue by preventing documentation and process errors that may result in delayed, returned, or denied claims.
• Supports the organization by ensuring that processes are accurate, compliant, efficient, and continuously improved.
