Job description

The Medical City Clark is searching for compassionate and skilled Nurses to join our team and help deliver exceptional patient care. This role is responsible for providing medical care, monitoring patients’ conditions, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

What’s The Role All About?

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret the patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and maintain accurate patient charts.
• Adjust and administer patients’ medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders.
• Inspect the facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Supervise and train nursing assistants.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences, and trainings.
