Job Summary
The Project Accounting team manages the financial aspects of projects, including monitoring project budgets, overseeing transactions related to projects, preparing regular financial reports to support period closing and other stakeholders, managing project billing and ensuring timely and accurate invoices to clients. They may also be assigned to oversee the financial aspects of tech and non-tech services.
Core Responsibilities
- Review Contractor HC information and report discrepancies to the HR / Vendor Management team to ensure accurate reporting in the official HC Report.
- Validate the Spend Report extracted from the system and ensure correctness of all time tracking and charging before sending to Vendor partners for invoicing.
- Validate all invoices received from the vendor and secure all the needed approvals through DocuSign.
- Ensure that all information in the Statement of Work including but not limited to resource rates, cost classification, cost center and budget are accurate prior to approval.
- Handle any discrepancies or disputes that arise between the contractor’s invoice and the project’s records.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues related to Management within a less complex focus area.
- Maintain good relationships and impression with vendor partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Project Chargeback.
- Perform other functions, which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Ensure all financial practices comply with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all payments comply with contractual terms and relevant regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions for auditing and financial reporting purposes.

- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge and experience in any accounting software and financial reporting tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
