Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Cavite manufacturing campus seeks an Equipment Engineering graduate role to support high-volume semiconductor operations.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and other teams to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and safety while contributing to continuous improvement. Fresh graduates may be considered; strong technical foundation and internship/OJT experience in equipment-related fields are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment engineering or related semiconductor manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to support manufacturing operations including shifts/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to support production.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for downtime reduction.
• Lead equipment improvement projects for reliability and uptime.
• Assist in installation, qualification, and setup validation.
• Document instructions and engineering logs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
