Job summary

Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search, a global provider of risk and compliance search solutions, seeks an Associate Director for FX Sales to cover Southeast Asia and India from Singapore. You will drive OTC FX sales to corporate and institutional clients and develop new business relationships.

The role requires strong knowledge of financial derivatives, a focus on risk and compliance, and the potential to lead a growing team as the business expands; reporting to the Regional Head of OTC.

Qualifications

• 6 – 12 years of experience in FX sales with corporate/institutional clients.
• Strong knowledge of financial derivatives.
• Ability to develop new business and manage client base.
• Focus on risk and compliance guidelines.
• Role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage across Southeast Asia and India for OTC FX clients.
• Business development through networking events and working with internal teams within brokerage and sales.
• Coordinate compliance searches on new clients, including KYC/onboarding and credit approvals.
• Potential for a team leader role, with a view of building the team and expanding the business.
• Role reports into Regional Head of OTC.
