Job summary

BOCI (BOC International Holdings Limited) in Singapore seeks an AVP/VP/ED for DCM origination and execution and business development to lead client development in Singapore and Southeast Asia and oversee end-to-end bond transactions.

You will manage relationships with corporates and financial institutions, ensure MAS compliance, and coordinate with global sales teams while reporting to the head office. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

Must hold MAS individual representative registration for Advising on Corporate Finance under the CMS regime with clean compliance record.
Deep expertise in Singapore and Southeast Asian capital markets and regulatory frameworks; able to independently source and manage corporate/financial institution clients in the region.

Responsibilities

Be in charge of Singapore and Southeast Asia client development in Debt and Equity Capital Markets; maintain client relationships with corporates and financial institutions in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Lead end-to-end bond transaction delivery: financing structure design, financial modelling, due diligence, offering memorandum coordination, bookbuilding, pricing, placement and settlement.
Establish and maintain global institutional investor relationships; coordinate cross-border distribution with global sales teams.
Fulfil licensed corporate finance compliance obligations; liaise with MAS and enforce internal compliance controls under the MAS representative license.
As mid-senior member of the Singapore team, oversee team coordination, client management, delivery of annual business KPIs and report to headquarter.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
