Job summary

HC Global Fund Services, LLC in Makati, Philippines seeks an Associate Director/Director to lead client management reporting and middle/back office support for hedge fund clients, coordinating with investment managers, prime brokers, and auditors.

You will supervise monthly NAV calculations, fund accounting, and year-end processes, coordinate with tax and AML teams, and guide engagement teams across offices in San Francisco, New York, and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA/CA/CFA/CAIA certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of fund admin experience; 5–7 years in managerial roles.
• Strong financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates client coordination and audit communication during reporting cycles.
• Acts as point of contact for client inquiries on capital activity and audit confirmations.
• Manages NAV calculations, fund accounting, and monthly/quarterly/annual deliverables.
• Oversees engagement teams and billing for services rendered.
• Coordinate with Tax and AML groups across offices including SF/NY/LA.
