Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Digital Learning Production to assemble translated versions of eLearning courses using Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, and Vyond. You will import translated assets, rebuild course structures, fix formatting, and sync media under guidance from translators and reviewers.

The role focuses on ensuring linguistic accuracy by translators and native-speaking reviewers, while you manage the technical side and QA to ensure functional accuracy across language versions.

This role focuses on importing translated assets, rebuilding course structures, correcting formatting issues, syncing media, and implementing native‑speaker feedback. The role does not require fluency in non‑English languages; linguistic accuracy is handled by translators and native‑speaker reviewers.

Key Responsibilities

• Import translated XLIFF and caption files into authoring tools
• Rebuild translated course versions to match the English source
• Correct formatting, layout, and timing issues
• Sync audio, video, and animations
