Job summary

Rainmakers Training Services seeks a skilled E-Learning Developer to convert storyboards into interactive courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. You’ll craft engaging, accessible modules for global clients, integrating graphics, animations, and audio while applying AI to accelerate production.

You’ll QA across devices, ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, and own projects from concept to delivery. A 2–5 year track record and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of e-learning development experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating e-learning work.
• Strong Storyline 360 and Rise 360 experience (mandatory).
• Experience with advanced Storyline interactions (variables, triggers, JS).
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing/testing.
• Comfort using AI tools like ElevenLabs in workflow.
• Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva; basic video editing.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Degree or equivalent portfolio experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive courses in Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Design graphics, animations, and multimedia; edit audio/video.
• Use AI tools to speed production while maintaining quality.
• Run QA across devices/browsers; ensure accessibility compliance.
• Own projects end-to-end and deliver final files per specs.
