Responsibilities

• Manage outputs and client relationships for assigned accounts.
• Follow internal accounting policies and client requirements.
• Maintain ledgers using cloud tools (including Odoo).
• Record journal entries, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly/quarterly/yearly closings.
• Prepare financial reports for clients and tax filings per BIR rules.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial outputs and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall outputs and client relationship for assigned accounts
• Follow internal accounting policies and client requirements
• Maintain general ledgers using cloud accounting tools (including Odoo)
• Record journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Perform bank reconciliations and closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Prepare financial reports for clients
• Prepare tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and other statutory agencies

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
