We're seeking a creatively minded, innovative and experienced Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team.

Creatively Squared is looking for a Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to craft high‑quality, engaging digital content for leading brands. This role is ideal for a design all‑rounder who excels at motion design, video editing, and graphic design—someone who can bring brand assets to life across eCommerce, websites, and social media, including high‑performing UGC‑style video ads.

What you’ll be doing

• Motion design & video editing – Create short‑form video ads, UGC‑style edits, and motion graphics that align with social media and eCommerce best practices
• Graphic design – Develop on‑brand static assets for eCommerce, digital advertising, and web use
• Creative problem‑solving – Transform raw footage, creator content, and brand assets into high‑performing, engaging visuals
• Brand consistency – Ensure all creative aligns with client brand guidelines and Creatively Squared’s quality standards
• Trendspotting & innovation – Stay ahead of digital design, motion trends, and platform best practices to continually improve creative output
• Collaboration – Work closely with our account managers and creative teams to deliver effective assets that meet customer needs

About you

• A motion & design all‑rounder – You have proven experience in motion design, video editing, and graphic design
• Social media savvy – You understand what works across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Performance‑driven mindset – You create content that not only looks great but also drives engagement and results
• Expert‑level technical skills – Strong in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Creative and resourceful – You can make great content with the assets available and know how to enhance raw footage into polished ads
• Strong communicator – Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced remote team

Bonus points if you have

• Experience working with large, established brands
• A background in creative for paid social
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, and Asana
• Startup experience or a strong ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment
