Assoc General Counsel Mgr page is loaded## Assoc General Counsel Mgrlocations: Quezon City, Philippinestime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ570969**What success looks like in this role:**• Serves as counsel for an assigned departmental or functional area, or within a defined area of law. • With guidance from senior lawyers, provides legal advice and counsel to management and associates on a range of corporate and business issues. • With guidance from senior lawyers, engages with business leaders to understand direction, changes and objectives; provides advice on potential legal issues or challenges. • Enforces Legal policies and procedures. • With guidance or in partnership with senior lawyers, presents training to internal clients on specified legal topics. • Collaborates with supported Finance & Accounting, Sales & Sales Excellence, Corporate Operations, Engineering / Product Development, Marketing & Communications and/or others, to ensure that product offerings, business dealings and agreements are legally compliant and protective of the company’s interests.
